WHAT IS TAIMU MOUNTAIN WHITE PEONY?
The Taimu Mountain White Peony is a high-quality white tea produced in the Taimu Mountain area of Fuding City, Fujian Province in China. Fuding is a renowned white tea production area in China, and Taimu Mountain is one of the core production areas of Fuding white tea. Thanks to its unique geographical environment and climatic conditions, it has given birth to white tea of outstanding quality. Its production process is simple, mainly including two steps: withering and drying, which maximally preserves the natural ingredients and aroma of the tea leaves.
THE TEA
This kind of tea is made into small tea cakes. The tea buds and leaves are connected to each other, resembling flowers in shape. The tea leaves unfold naturally, and are fully covered with fine white hairs. The aroma of the tea soup is delicate and elegant, with the fragrance of fine hair, floral scent and fruity aroma. When tasting it, the tea has a fresh, brisk and sweet flavor, and the lingering aftertaste lasts for a long time.
