WHAT is Sun dried black tea?
Sun-dried black tea is a special type of black tea with unique production techniques and flavor characteristics.Unlike traditional black tea that is dried by high-temperature baking, sun-dried black tea is dried under the sun. The tea leaves are spread out evenly on bamboo trays or other drying tools and placed in the sun to dry naturally. OUR TRUE FEELINGS
Yunnan sun-dried black tea is suitable for brewing with boiling water, and tea sets such as a gaiwan (lidded tea bowl) or a purple clay pot can be used. The first infusion is for rinsing the tea leaves, and the tea should be quickly poured out to "awaken" the tea leaves. For subsequent infusions, the brewing time can be gradually extended, starting from 5 to 10 seconds, and adjusted according to the tea's resistance to multiple infusions.
