What'is Fenghuang Dancong oolong tea？
Phoenix Dan Cong tea is a type of oolong tea, belonging to semi-fermented tea, and is mainly produced in Fenghuang Mountain, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. Phoenix Dan Cong tea is an excellent variety selected from the Phoenix Shuixian population variety through individual plant selection. Its original mother tree grows behind the mountain depression at an altitude of about 900 meters. Therefore, it was initially called "Aobei" (Concave Back). Later, it gradually became as "Aofuhou".
